Fueled by the belief that empowered women can be catalysts for community change, Habitat for Humanity-Spokane aimed to create a poignant video for their largest annual luncheon. This video not only sought to resonate with donors but also shed light on the transformative journey of becoming a homeowner through the organization. Collaborating closely with the vendor, I played a pivotal role in articulating our vision and crafted interview questions designed to elicit powerful responses from the empowered women sharing their stories.
Hawa’s Story
Habitat homeowners remain a beacon of light for the future - I get to help them weave a story by using their voices and experiences to remove barriers to affordable homeownership. Individuals like Hawa are the heroes paving the way for other families struggling to find hope. Telling her story at Habitat for Humanity-Spokane’s largest annual luncheon was an honor!
