  • Habitat for Humanity-Spokane
    Director of Marketing & Communications

For the past four years, I have committed myself to the director role at Habitat for Humanity-Spokane, where I have been pivotal in spearheading marketing and communication initiatives that drive change. Under my leadership, the organization has experienced substantial growth in its donor and volunteer database, retention, and donations, thanks to my ability to connect with supporters through relatable storytelling.

Working for a non-profit has taught me the importance of a healthy CRM and the necessity of list segmentation when it comes to how we communicate and with whom - I quickly learned that our current donor database was the most valuable. Whether launching an entire campaign through email, direct mail, phone calls, or hosting an event to thank our top donors, a lot of strategy is implemented, KPIs are tracked, and I am constantly assessing the ROI.

  • CF.SCHIBEL DESIGN - Owner

I was the creative and business force behind my freelance venture. From crafting visually stunning concepts to managing client relationships and overseeing operations, I ensured everything aligned with my client's vision.

Throughout this experience, I collaborated with clients to understand their design needs and developed visual concepts that aligned with their brand identity.

I also executed various design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, websites, and digital media, consistently meeting tight deadlines.

I captured high-quality photographs and managed post-production processes, including photo editing and retouching, to enhance image quality.

I maintained and organized a comprehensive portfolio, contributing to increased client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Cobra BEC
    Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Cobra BEC, I spearheaded a comprehensive visual strategy. This included photographing completed construction projects, designing quarterly newsletters and business cards, designing and updating their websites, creating fillable company forms, sending out emails, as well as conceptualizing the logo for the company's fleet of trucks, and overseeing the creation of a professional clothing line. My role involved a meticulous blend of creativity and strategic branding, contributing significantly to Cobra BEC's visual identity during that period.

  • I have developed exceptional leadership skills throughout the years - but I am continually learning and growing. I’m humbled to be trusted with mentoring people as they navigate their career growth. My ability to relate, motivate, and inspire others has resulted in cohesive and high-performing teams, enabling me to drive results even in challenging - and often understaffed - environments.

At Habitat, I oversee a team of 6 including temps, interns, part-time and full-time employees.

I create and conduct interviews, onboarding plans, 90-day work plans, performance improvement plans, and work to keep employees engaged and thriving.
